Night terrors?

Okay, so my little one is 8mnths and when he was younger, he'd wake up randomly crying in the night but would go back to sleep after I pick him up to nurse and for some cuddles. He hadn't done it in such a long time I thought they'd stopped but then tonight, he keeps waking up in his sleeping crying 😞

As usual, I'd pick him up, soothe/nurse/cuddle and he'd fall off to sleep. Do they eventually stop though? 😕 It really breaks my heart when he goes through that phase
