So I have been on the nexplanon implant for about 4 years now. My periods are irregular but regular, for instance I go a whole month with no bleeding then the next month i will have a period and then maybe spot for the rest of the month. But i woke up this morning feeling very nauseous and i ended up puking. And towards the end of last month i had spotted for two days, which i don’t normally do unless it’s after my period. I’ve taken multiple pregnancy tests each one has came back negative, but it’s concerning me with these symptoms. Any advice?
