How much milk do you put into each bag to freeze?

At the start I was freezing whatever I pumped in a session. Which was anywhere from 40ml-150ml at a time.

That didn’t feel right as I would constantly have to look through bags to sort through which ones I could take to my mums or give to my partner ect. Often having to waste a lot of milk.

Now I only freeze them in 50ml quantities no matter how much I pump.

Also, is it normal to pump less and less as the day goes on? I fed my bub whenever she wants and if I feel like she didn’t eat as much and my breasts are still full I’ll express. I also express if I think my breasts are full and offer the breast and she doesn’t want it. I try to pump as often as I can as I’ve had anxiety about bub not getting enough milk because of her lack of weight gain. I have never pumped more then 150ml which usually take about 30minutes or longer. In the afternoon I can maybe get 100ml in that amount of time and by the night time I may only get 50ml. Is this normal?

Annnnnnnd, how much EBM should I be giving my bub at 2.5 months? I’ve never beable to pump more then 150ml so I’m not sure if when bub needs more then that, my breasts will beable to make it?
