4th round of clomid 50mg

I’m curious if anyone else been through this and got a BFP . I started my pd Jan 13th-16th I started clomid on 17th which was cycle day 5 and I took my last pill on 21st (cycle day9) I had sex the 23rd-26th and 28th.. on the 25th I had cramping and spotting and 26th . I went to the dr on the 29th and my dr said it looks like i ovulated already that same day I started having these headaches that I been getting every morning and randomly through out the day . I have sore nipples but it’s off and on . I feel crampy but very dull
