How to stop peeing all night???

8 weeks 6 days & I'm losing my mind. Up every hr on the dot using the restroom. I'm so tired and overly emotional from not being able to sleep. I've tried to stop drinking by 5pm and that doesnt even help, no matter how little my fluid intake is I still have to go.

I know it’s going to sound crap but it’s just one of those things, I also agree you’re doing all you can by limiting how much you drink before you go to bed. There’s not an awful lot you can do

Not a lot you can do, but it should get a little bit better before it gets worse again. When you’re first pregnant your uterus is starting the grow right over your bladder. The further along you get it will grow out a little way away from it, but then it gets bad again once you start to get bigger. At least that was my experience! Pee’d a ton the first 8-10 weeks then it tapered off. Starting to get worse again now that I’m getting into the third trimester!

It seems like you’re doing everything you can. Not drinking past a certain time is good. Maybe try strengthening your pelvic floor muscles? I don’t know if that’ll help when you’re sleeping, but couldn’t hurt. I do know I was peeing a lot my first trimester and once everything moved around I didn’t have that issue again until late in the 3rd.
