Pain During Sex?

So, I know this is incredibly open, but my SO and I had sex last night and we were really into it because it had been a good bit 🤷‍♀️

However there came a point where I started feeling pain spread across my lower abdomen. I tried dealing with it because I wanted him to get his but it got to the point where I had to stop and I started crying (out of shame, pain, hormones, idk).

Is this a common thing in pregnancy? This had never been an issue before.

Am I unable to have kinda rough-ish sex for the next 33 weeks? 😭
