TTC after IUD

Hi all. I got my IUD removed in October and I have been paying close attention to my cycle because this month I have REALLY started trying to get pregnant. I started with a 23 then 24 and a 25 day cycle this past month. All of these cycles I have either had EWCM or have had a positive opk on CD 17. which means my luteal phase is VERY short and I don't think I will be able to have a successful pregnancy. Has anyone had issues with late ovulation after IUD removal? Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with a short luteal phase? Should I give it a few more months to try and work itself out or should I contact my doctor? Any advice is greatly appreciated 😊.
