Miscarriage??

Question

Last night it started with mild cramping and from light bleeding, it turned into clotting and very heavy bleeding. I had spotting on and off from week 6. Doctors saying its miscarriage but haven’t done ultrasound yet. I have a scan tomorrow. This was my 3rd pregnancy and ended up in miscarriage as well. Any idea if these are just clots or pregnancy tissues? Still hoping if baby is still there and alive 🥺

So sorry, this is how it looked for me in October when I miscarried.  And my numbers were low too. But dont give up. I got pregnant immediately and now I'm currently 13wks and 2 days. Praying for your rainbow baby 😪🙏
