Ramzi gender method

Hey y’all! I just had my first ultrasound this morning. I’m 8 weeks and 1 day. I’m going to put a picture below. The left picture is from this morning and the picture on the right is my first baby at 8 weeks and 1 day. Same doctor and same type of ultrasound (vaginal). It appears that in both of them, my placenta is placed at the bottom right of the picture. Could this mean my new baby is also going to be a girl? Heart rate is also 168 bpm. My daughters was pretty high as well. What do y’all think? Is there any truth to this method?
