help please

i’m 16, 5”1 and 194 pounds.

i want to get down to at least 130-140.

i dont look like i weigh this much but i really want to lose weight.

talking to a doctor is not an option as my parents would refuse me that, and i’m not sure where to start.

i get incredibly embarrassed when it comes to working out as i’ve been ashamed since i was 7.

i used to be incredibly active.

i don’t know what diet to do or how to start working out and it’s embarrassing.
