Best way to get pregnant ?

After a miscarriage, we have been TTC for 6 months only by having sex during the apps predicted fertility times . We are going to start tracking my ovulation with testing. My question is should we only have sex the day the test is positive,& save his sperm count, or have sex as much as we can in my fertile 5 day window ?

Have sac every day. It won’t make a difference on his supply but it will make a difference for it to be already in the tubes by the time you ovulate. 
The mont I got pregnant I started seed cycling (look it up on google, it helps boost progesterone to boost fertility) 
Don’t stress (I know easier said than done) but relaxing helps.

Although we have tried bd everyday during the fertile window the last 3 cycles and no luck, so this time we’re trying every other day.

My dr said every other day but I have read that everyday is the best cause the more sperm to possibly get you bfp with. That’s as long as he doesn’t have deficiencies with spent.
