pregnancy symptom?

hey guys! sorry for the pic but i’ve been having super sore breasts and my fiancé just got done messing with my nipples. i am on birth control, have been for a year, and i start my placebo pills this sunday. (i have not missed a pill, i take them at 9:45 pm daily.) i

usually get sore boobs so it isn’t unusual BUT i got these red dots after we were messing around. thought it was weird, so thought i’d ask!

and i know you can’t tell if i’m pregnant from a post, just asking for similar experiences / insight. thanks ladies!!
