Self confidence
So I was a gymnast for a decade and was working out 24/7 and weighed almost nothing because I was on a strict diet and barely eating. Towards the end of my gymnastics career I couldn’t even make it through what would have been a simple tumbling pass. So I quit because it wasn’t good for my health as I was a growing child and needed to eat instead of having air for breakfast lunch and dinner. Anyways I don’t like how I look know because I have put on about 35 pounds since I quit and I stopped eating again. I feel really down and want to be healthy but it is hard to love myself and eat at the same time. I have fallen out of a good exercise routine and would like to eat again but still feel good. So I was wondering if you guys had any weight loss routines that you could share so I could feel better about myself and eat again. THANKS!
