Could this OPK result indicate early pregnancy?

Hey ladies, so I’m 13DPO now, and AF was due today (Friday). My cycles are usually pretty short (25ish days). On Monday I started to get light pink spotting that happened on and off for a few days, which by Tuesday was brown. I haven’t needed a pad or tampon at all, there have only been traces when wiping. This stopped yesterday and there was a tiny bit more today. I read about implantation bleeding and this seems just like it, and this has never happened to me before.

We have been TTC for over a year, and were due to start my first round of injections for ivf this week when AF arrived, but it hasn’t happened.

I read that OPKs can detect the hormone increase. What do you think?
