I need advice help please ladies

When i was 18 i was with this guy for two years. Within those two years he gave me Chlamydia. I left him after the second time he cheated. Now I’m 23 i have been clean and In a much healthier relationship and the person I’m with we have been trying to have a baby and i keep getting my period every month. Has anyone had this std and still got pregnant. Please ladies i need help.
