HCG Levels

Hi everyone, I recently found out 7 days before my period I was pregnant with a pregnancy test and 05/02/20 got my first blood test and it’s showing that my hcg levels are 532 and my doctor is saying I’m roughly 1-2 weeks. Also had a ultrasound and said they may have found an early gestation safe meaning the sac is 8mm corresponding to 5 weeks and 3 days however no feral pole or golf sac is identified. Obviously that’s because I’m early but is this normal average level of hcg ?
