Just got a BFP! Cramping question.

Took three pregnancy tests this morning, all obviously positive! My concern is that I have more cramping and discomfort on my right side, with little to none on my left. This is normal for me prior to periods, but since this is my first pregnancy I’m not sure what is normal, I’m concerned about it possibly being ectopic.

Anyone else have similar cramping? Was everything ok?
