Try eating saltines or other bland crackers, plain toast or cereal. Also try eating nuts if your tummy can handle it. Since you are able to eat strawberry yogurt, maybe you could also make smoothies for breakfast? I could pretty much only stomach those foods and ginger ale every morning when I had morning sickness.

I literally can not eat anything or even begin to make anything without feeling nauseous... what are different foods or things I could try to help with this? All I can eat without having to force myself is strawberry yogurt. This is torture help π Im currently sitting next to the toilet with my strawberry yogurt ready to throw up any minute now π°π€°π»
