Working out during two week wait
I usually do HIIT or boot camp, the class only last 40 min and I love it, i feel like stoping for the tww stress me out and when it doesn’t happened I feel like I wasted time to keep fit and be active and happy, plus I feel that adds stress to everything and makes everything harder, but I don’t want to hurt my chances, my acupuncturists says do it but my gyno says no impact work out... soooooooo what should I do
