Do you still burp your LO after each feeding?

She hasn’t really needed burping for a few months. If I give her a bottle she often burps after but otherwise doesn’t seem to need it. Never spits up.

I stopped burping about a month ago once she was sitting unassisted because she was able to burp herself that way. I will still burp her if she is going to bed or down for a nap right after eating & she still burps when I do it for her

I try at the last one before bed but don’t bothered on the others.

Not that I actually make him burp, just keep him straight for 5min

I only burped him the first couple weeks but he rarely burped anyway so I just gave up. Never colicky of cried so I just went with it. Not sure if it’s because he’s EBF 🤷🏼‍♀️

He pretty much burps on his own now. The only time I really try to get a burp out is at bedtime, he won't sleep till it's out.
