Can somebody explain?

Question

This is my first month temping and some times my temps are an hour early because I have to go to the restroom. I can't tell what's going on. I have pcos and first month temping and opks. I start 
fertility meds
 next cycle. I miscarried last month after my first time ovulating. Any insight ?

Sometimes with PCOS you don't ovulate when you get a positive opk as you can have several "surges" and you haven't ovulated yet. Maybe today? You won't know for sure for a few days.  You're waiting to see three temps consecutively higher than the previous six ... it is much easier to see this pattern if you use a basal thermometer that shows to two decimal places, especially with pcos where random spikes and falls can be common  (they are on my chart). keep temping!
