Sperm allergy

I think I'm allergic to my husband's sperm. I've never had burning or pain after sex until just recently we decided to start trying for a baby and stopped using condoms and now I burn after sex just wherever there was sperm. I looked it up and found a lot saying that I could be allergic to a protein in it. Has anyone dealt with this? What did you do to help it?
