What are safe aids that won’t dry up my milk? I don’t need anything strong, just light. I nurse once a day so I don’t have a lot of milk, therefore I would like to keep what I do have, as I’m not ready to completely stop. Anything with diphenhydramine is out the window. I do know of Unisom, I took that while pregnant.
