Contractions?31 weeks,3 days

So since yesterday ;February 6th at 9:10 pm I started having some serious cramps but inside of my vagina . I haven’t had sexual contact in about 2 weeks ,they keep on going at different times and today February 7 they started up again and at 7:39 pm I had 3 consecutive long ones about 15 seconds the pain involved my pelvis AND again the inside of my vagina .. I have been stressed out and cleaning a lot ,also I tried looking it up and it said it could (POTENTIALLY) mean that something is wrong or that my cervix is starting to dilate and I haven’t called a doctor because my Obgyn discharged me off their office so I’m currently looking for another 😭😭help
