Weird piece of skin I want to get removed

So I have this weird piece of skin between my vagina and my asshole that kinda hangs down, and (kinda gross I know) it makes it difficult to get clean down there after using the bathroom to the point where I have to reach far down and do short wipes back to front (cardinal sin I know) to get clean as when I wipe normally the piece of skin folds back and traps pieces of poo. Is it possible to get it removed or am I shit out of luck?
