Baby is early riser...
My little one wakes up too early. Usually 4:51 am give or take a minute. It’s crazy. I have experimented with various bedtimes but his wake time doesn’t change. I have put him to bed as early as 6:30 pm and as late as 8:15 pm and he’s always awake by 5 am. Any tips on how to reset his internal clock? It would be wonderful if he would sleep in at least an hour longer.
