Undigested food in stool???

Sorry that this is a bit gross and TMI buttttt has anyone experienced undigested food in their stool? I just had a piece of red bell pepper (fairly large) in mine and was a bit shocked to see it!!!

It’s actually pretty common. Especially with the skin of certain vegetables. Like corn. Some food just needs longer to be fully digested.

My diarrhea for the past week has been full of undigested food. And I lost 3kg this week so I am struggling
