Do you think I need to go hospital

I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago positive yesterday I started spotting then bleeding it was like period bright red. 
Anyways early this morning I woke up with really bad pressure in belly and back I went to the toilet and passed clots and hard tissue. 
I have been advise early pregnancy unit won’t see me as am only 4 weeks and she said it sounds like am going to pass it and said I can go a&e ?? 
Took another pregnancy test said negitive 
Is there any point in going ?

Sounds like u miscarried I’m sorry): u need to be checked out cal ur ob. They need to confirm everything passes as if it did not all pass u could get a nasty infection. Also ur OB will monitor u more closely as u move along in ur pregnancy journey ❤️ much love hun

I need to go. You can call your ob and they will send you for bloodwork to confirm your levels have gone all the way down and there is no remaining tissue.
