Ovulated?

Hello all. I’m on CD 66. No period since December 5. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes with an A1C of 9.6% in defense. Since then I’ve been taking metformin and stopped having sugary foods for the most part.. I’ve been tested this week and my A1C is now at 8.3%. I’ve Been working out.. I haven’t been getting a period for the past couple months so I take provera (10 pills for 10 days) to induce a period while we ttc.. I think this is the first month I ovulated. I’ve had sex every day this month pretty much but I’ve only just now started to log everything again because I had given up. I stopped opk and everything. Only monitoring bbt.. but this month I think I ovulated because of my CM pattern and my boobs hurt SO much!!!! I took a pregnancy test today but it was negative. Is it too early? Can someone tell me if I’m tracking this right?
