I’m absolutely terrified

Pulled my underwear down and it was filled with this. I’ve been nauseous and slight cramps. I’m not sure what I should do. I don’t want to be the overly dramatic ftm and go to the er. But I also want to know why I’m bleeding. What should I do?

Update: they told me they are not sure the reason for the bleeding. Since I posted this it did happen again. They keep saying baby is fine. But I just wish they would give me an explanation for the reason of the bleeding. I work on my feet all day so it makes me nerves to keep going to work when I’m still bleeding. 🤦🏽‍♀️
