Postpartum at home workouts?
Hi all - I’m looking to ease back into exercise and wanted to get your recommendations on helpful at home workout videos? I did barre during my pregnancy up until the third trimester. I want exercises to help with arms, legs and core. I will be doing some power walking in my own to start back into the cardio side of things. Any YouTube or Instagram videos you would recommend? Ideally looking for 10-20 min segments. Thanks!
