When you’re crying what does your partner do?

I just want to know what your boyfriend’s do after you guys fight and you’re hurting/crying. Do they comfort you, do they stay quiet, do they go to sleep, go about their day?

My husband straight ignores me. I'll be crying myself to sleep next to him and nothing. 🤷‍♀️

Depending on what I am crying about if it's about a fight we had he will walk out of the room and gives me space if I am crying because of a bad day or something bad happen he will comfort me

Depends why, but he always offers comfort in some way. A hug, a cup of tea... even if we fight, he won't let me go to bed without cuddling. He is rarely the reason I am crying.

Usually tries to comfort me and will get upset and start crying if it’s over a fight we had or if he knows I’m upset about something personal that he can’t fix, he’ll cry even more w me. It’s one of my favorite things about him, he doesn’t hide that he has feelings just because he’s a man.

Mine used to just go about his day or sleep if it’s at night. And later would just try to forget about it instead of talking about it. I always felt like he didn’t really care. Most the time I have to talk it out and if he was in the wrong I need an apology and if I’m wrong, I apologize. After awhile of being with him he now makes sure to make up with me and hold me if I’m crying.

In my relationship, we are working on him being more supportive and caring when I’m upset and crying. I might want space for an hour, but I do not want to be completely left alone. Ever.

He watches, or he leaves to another room because "he knows I'm strong enough to deal with it on my own." 🤨 
Idk though. We have been very emotionally distant for a long time though.
