Already?

So I miscarried very early in a pregnancy last month, the bleeding completely stopped on the 22, on the 30th I started having really heavy ewcm, and I had sex on the 2nd and 3rd. Now I am having creamy cm, that’s white in color, mild cramping, sore boobs, I’ve been nauseous, and the past three days I’ve wanted nothing but ice chips. Which is weird because I hate eating just ice but that’s all I want now. Could I have already gotten pregnant again? There’s no way right? I’m assuming it’s just psychological but I was just wanting confirmation
