12 weeks extreme cramping

Hey I’m 12 weeks with baby number 2 and I had beyond the 1st worst pregnancy with my son and I didn’t have cramps this bad until late pregnancy when it was like 30 weeks. And I’m 12 weeks and feel like I’m about to die. I literally woke up at 2 am with it and I can’t fall back asleep cause it hurts so bad. Should I go in. Or wait it out. I don’t wanna just pop up in the ER at 2am unless anyone else thinks it’s concerning.
