I need some opinions/suggestions. My parents are giving me a rocking cradle that my dad and godfather made for me before I was born. All of my siblings and I slept in it, so it is very sentimental. My dad is fixing it up and putting a mechanism in to keep it stable so it will be safe for unmonitored sleep. However, it is small, so my husband and I bought a crib, because we know we will need one eventually. The crib is going in the nursery, but we don't know where to put the cradle. The bedrooms in our house are tiny, especially the nursery, so it's tough to fit it anywhere. We were thinking maybe our bedroom, because that's where we want the baby to sleep at first, but it will make it much harder to maneuver around our room. Does anyone have suggestions? Where would you put it? TIA?
