Should I be worried?

Hey ladies, 
I just found a little blood when I wiped.. it was so tiny. But what I’m not sure of is where it came from. Back or front??. I have wiped like 10 times just to confirm but there’s no blood anymore. Should I call my doctor or I should just ignore it. I’m 8 + 3 with twins. 😩

I had that happen to me and not to be gross it was a scratch on the back end. So now when I wipe I dab the front first to check and then wipe. Just so if there is blood I know where it comes from. Just paranoia from a miscarriage has made me do this. It eases my mind though.

I would call OB just to be on the safe side. I had a speck of blood a few weeks ago and called my OB and they got me in for a scan just to make sure everything was okay and give me a peace of mind.
