Could I be pregnant (no judgement please)

So I am 22 I have just restarted my birth control and four days after my period ended I had unprotected sex and he came in me twice. I know that it’s difficult to get pregnant right after your period, I’m just confused on how it all works. I only took the pill once after period because it was a new pack . Also how long can sperm take to get you pregnant some people say 5 but others say 3.
