Calcium Supplements?
Does anyone take calcium supplements in addition to their prenatal? Basically every prenatal I have found does not contain a full dose of Calcium. My last pregnancy I developed FOUR cavities when I had never had a cavity before, and I wonder if calcium would have helped. I do eat some dairy but don’t drink milk. I eat a varied diet but in all honesty don’t eat enough leafy greens, etc. Does anyone else take calcium?
