Help!?
My LO is 7 months and breastfeeding has been completely fine up until about a week ago. All of a sudden both nipples have become so sore. Even when shower water hits them it hurts. I don’t know what would be different that’s causing this. Haven’t had af yet and have been having mild cramps. What could be going on? Anyone have anything similar?
