Breastfeeding timing apps

Hey ladies so here's my situation. I just had my 3rd little guy and with my first 2 I used the Medela app and timed EVERY breastfeeding session. Im torn to do it again with this one just because I was literally glued to my phone every time I fed the baby but ..it did help to know with when the last feeding was and for how long every time we went to the Dr office. What's your experience with your third babies?? I only started the app because I had a veryyyyyy low supply and needed to make sure I kept up with it both babies.
