Bleeding after a week of positive tests

Evening ladies, I’m slightly freaking out. I had a positive test a week ago, as well as one this morning. I’m around 5 weeks.

I was putting away something in the closet and felt a rush of wetness and it was watery pink discharge. Now I’m kinda spotting, no flow or anything just enough to know. And a headache. No cramps or back pain or anything... am I miscarrying or what should I do ? :/

just some words of encouragement I guess! I didn’t bleed at all during my sons pregnancy... so I’m fretting.
