Appointment tomorrow

I'm so nervous and worried to go in tomorrow. I know I'll have more blood work and another scan but still. I'm scared I'll go into the scan and they will tell me there has been no change. I'm scared I'll get the blood work back Tuesday and my numbers won't have doubled like they should.

Why is this anxiety that something is wrong so suffocating? I don't know how I'll make it out of another loss. I mean I know I will I have no choice but still it's scary.
