Will I have twins?

So, my dad is a fraternal twin and I know that the gene is passed from fathers to daughters. I’m his second daughter and my older sister had a child but didn’t have twins. I’m only 20 and I know it’s more common in people older than me. Obviously I’d be happy but it’s kind of scary to think my first pregnancy could be twins. I was just wondering how common is it actually?

Fraternal twins is passed on the mothers side, not the fathers. It’s due to hyper ovulation being hereditary. So him being a twin means nothing and doesn’t increase your chances.

There's no way to tell. My dad was a twin. My mom was pregnant with me and my sister which were supposed to be identical but my sister passed. I'm 29 and pregnant only having one baby. I wouldn't stress too much!!
