Double Standards

Okay so me and my partner of 2 years , we have sex issues . whenever he wants sex he inserts himself . he doesn't care if I'm sleeping or in pain . or just ate and sluggish he doesn't care, he always makes up excuses on why I need to give it up to him right at the moment . hes 6"5 190lbs and I'm 5'2 132lbs . hes quite difficult to fight sometimes so I usually just give up . but whenever I want some sex right then and there , he tells me I'm inappropriate or aggressively turns me down! . is this considered a police matter ? or should I just leave him?
