Yup, sadly! I had it really bad as a kid and still get flare ups as an adult, bummed she got my skin and not my husbands!

Yes. My husband has eczema too, so it's no shocker I guess. Aveeno is the only thing that works well with him, so we use aveeno with my daughter too and it helps. But I know different things work for different people.

Yup. He’s 9 now and still gets it really bad on his hands in winter.

Yep. Normal lotions didn't touch it, he ended up on a prescribed hydrocortisone cream, which was just stronger than the OTC stuff. And we would do bleach baths once a week to help reduce flare ups; 1/4 cup of bleach in the bathtub and let him soak for 10-15 minutes, don't treat as a full bath. It's no different than getting in a chlorinated pool if done right, honestly. Now he's 9 and its gotten so much better, his back still flares up in the winter, but lotions help it just fine anymore.
