Am I pregnant

I REALLY need opinions on this. I’m 16 and 3 weeks ago me and my boyfriend had sex. My period was suppose to start a few day’s ago but it “started” 5 days earlier than planned. I say with the “” because it was more like spotting. It was light reddish brownish and it’s still kinda going. I went ahead and took a test but it came out negative. I also haven’t experienced any other symptoms besides the spotting. Am I pregnant ???
