Pregnant w tubes tied and regular periods????

Hi, I'm new here. But I was hoping for a little advice. So I have my daughter 1 year and 2 months ago, and had my tubes tied. I have regular periods but I've been feeling movement for a little over a week now I'm my abdomen. Nudges, feels like something is running across the inside of my stomach, kicks. I know the different between feeling a baby and gas. I've also been having cravings, eating more, gaining weight, mood swings, and fatigue. this would be my 4th pregnancy if I am and I am hoping to go to a women's clinic to get an ultrasound to make sure it's not an ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone had this an was pregnant ? :\
