Having trouble getting wet before sex

The past couple days I’ve noticed that during foreplay I have a hard time getting wet. I’m into it, my mind is there and I want the dick lol.. but my vagina just won’t get wet and ‘loose’ like it’s supposed to before penetration. I’m not sure if it’s because of the condoms we bought (it’s a new brand) or if it’s just me. Wondering if any other ladies have also experienced this issue and what I can use for lube? (We don’t have any actual lube in the house) this hasn’t happened to me before.
