Guys what is wrong with me!

I’m 24 weeks today and the last week I’ve not felt right! Stomach pains, cramps that come and go!

I feel dizzy a lot and have the urge to pee even if nothing is there ( my urine is clear infection )

I genuinely haven’t felt her kick as much as I did to start with but her heartbeat is strong on Doppler!

My Hyperemesis is bad again and the heartburn is a killer 😒 I feel like I have a stomach bug and I’m on my period!

Does this sound normal?x
