Postpartum nausea??

Question

Is anyone else experiencing postpartum nausea? I’m almost 3 months PP and for the past 4-5 days I’ve felt very nauseous to the point of throwing up and I’ve been extremely tired. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. 
I’m not breast feeding baby and I have had my first period since birth.

I literally posted the very same on here yesterday but I was wondering is it that im back on the pill or is it pp nausea. I had nausea the first few days after having my baby in the hospital i didnt feel like eating at all. But the sickness comes and goes still and for 3 nights straight i had it durning the night. Im now off the pill just stopped yesterday. I didnf take a test not brave enough but i honestly dont think its pregnancy.
